Security & Data Protection
Our technical protocols, encryption standards, and governance procedures safeguarding client assets. Effective Date: October 2026 · Version 2.4
01 Data Encryption Standards
FutureCreeps enforces modern cryptographic protocols across all communication channels, databases, and client workspaces:
- In Transit: Enforced Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) with strict HSTS headers across all public endpoints and internal management APIs.
- At Rest: AES-256 bit encryption applied to internal databases, encrypted filesystem backups, and client audit records.
02 Credential Vaults & Access Controls
Managing client access tokens and infrastructure keys requires rigorous governance:
- Zero Plain-Text Storage: API tokens (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Cloud credentials, Search Console delegations) are stored exclusively inside hardware-backed secret managers.
- Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP): Only the dedicated technical lead and verified engineers assigned to your specific project receive temporary, audited access.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Mandatory hardware or TOTP 2FA enforced across all agency accounts, code repositories, and communication channels.
03 Website Security & Code Hardening
All websites, themes, and web applications developed by FutureCreeps adhere to strict secure coding principles:
- Rigorous sanitization, parameterization, and output escaping to prevent SQL injection (SQLi) and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
- Cryptographic nonce verification (check_ajax_referer) protecting all dynamic lead capture and form submission handlers.
- Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Frame-Options, and referrer policy security headers enabled by default.
04 Incident Response Protocol
In the unlikely event of any suspected unauthorized access or anomalous activity affecting client data, FutureCreeps maintains a documented incident response procedure. Affected clients are notified via their primary security contact within 24 hours of incident verification, accompanied by full forensic remediation reports.
