01 Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or executing a statement of work (SOW) or custom proposal with FutureCreeps ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing all professional services rendered.
02 Service Offerings & Custom Scoping
FutureCreeps delivers eight specialized capabilities across two operational pillars:
- Digital Marketing Services: AI SEO (AEO & GEO citation optimization), Organic SEO Services, WhatsApp Automation, Content Marketing, and Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization.
- Website Design & Development: Conversion-focused UI/UX Website Design, Custom Website Development (sub-second performance), and SEO-safe Website Redesigns.
All services are individually scoped via mutual written agreement detailing deliverable milestones, agreed sprint timelines, and pricing.
03 Intellectual Property Rights
We uphold clear and fair intellectual property ownership boundaries:
- Client Deliverables: Upon full settlement of invoices for the corresponding milestone, the Client owns all custom content, graphic designs, schema definitions, and custom website code produced specifically for their project.
- Proprietary Agency Tooling: FutureCreeps retains all ownership and rights to pre-existing internal software tools, prompt evaluation scripts, proprietary frameworks, and general agency methodologies.
04 Performance Disclaimers & Attribution
FutureCreeps utilizes rigorous, ethical, and evidence-based optimization methods. However, because search engines (Google, Bing) and AI retrieval engines (OpenAI ChatGPT, Perplexity, Anthropic Claude) operate autonomous algorithms subject to independent updates, ethical agencies cannot guarantee absolute ranking positions or perpetual citation inclusion. We commit to continuous testing, rapid adaptation, and verifiable telemetry reporting.
05 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
FutureCreeps treats all client data, analytics, product roadmaps, commercial pipeline figures, and proprietary marketing strategies as strictly confidential under binding non-disclosure commitments.
06 Invoicing, Terms & Cancellation
Fixed-scope sprints are invoiced per milestone terms agreed in your custom proposal. Monthly ongoing partnerships operate with zero long-term lock-in and may be paused or modified with thirty (30) days written notice.
